Etonde Eliot, Rebuilding Africa From Cameroon

Etonde Eliot N. Ndeley is Cameroonian by nationality and a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Women and Gender Studies by profession Program Manager, a passionate Women and Youth Empowerment activist as well as a coach. She is the Founder and CEO of IREBUILD AFRICA a Non-Governmental Organization whose mission is to equip and empower young women and single mothers through Capacity Building, Entrepreneurship, Education, and the fight against Gender-based Violence.

Over the years she has developed training programs that empower single mothers, the

disadvantaged girl child, and young leaders. She is highly effective in training, and empowering women, single mothers, and adolescents with the skills they need to combat unemployment and poverty in rural areas by designing Income Generating training programs and career coaching sessions that challenge them to volunteer, thinking creatively and critically, and bring out the best in them. Identifying their potential and strengths and investing in them. She has trained and empowered 20,000+ women and adolescent girls over the past 12 years.

Through her organization – IREBUILD AFRICA, an organization whose mission is to empower single mothers and women, she has promoted peace education and provided skills training and psycho-social support to internally displaced young girls affected by the political armed crisis in the North West and Southwest Region of Cameroon. Coupled with that, she has been a frontline advocate against Gender-Based Violence though creating awareness in rural and peri-urban communities.

She is currently working on launching a GBV case management Safe space called “KEEP HER SAFE for young girls and women who are survivors and facing Intimate partner violence. She is currently, running a Career and Business Center called SHE-LEADS CAREER CENTER under her NGO for young women and girls called who desire to grow in their careers and business. She is passionate about raising a generation of influential, frontline women leaders with a drive to grow and change the narrative of work, and business and be influential leaders.
